Over the past weekend a man by the name of Paul Castillo (AGE 33) shot a man at a local gas station and then followed this heinous act with a carjacking and kidnapping..and then slaying of a 60 year old Vietnamese radio personality, Cindy Nguyen.
Although the San Jose Mercury News stated that he pleaded leniency on his past offenses (burglary, armed carjacking, and drug abusive) due to his childhood abusive background.
He has made so many broken promises to the Santa Clara County's court house and the keep letting this crazy psycho back on the streets, how many more lives need to be put in danger for the judge to decided its about time to give this nut job the needle?
He killed that lady blocks from where I live and that IS NOT COOL!!
So he is currently being charged with; homicide, kidnapping and armed robbery
and he "COULD" be a candidate for the death penalty...I VOTE FOR HE SHOULD AND WILL BE A CANDIDATE FOR THE DEATH PENALTY. The state of California does NOT have the funds to keep him in prison (They are letting prisoners go for crying out loud, they just don't have that $$$)
So what if Cindy Nguyen's family and friends forgive him and pray for him to change...
FACT #1 That is never going to happen (him changing and all...I mean he is 33 years
old now and he still felt a need to kill )
FACT #2 They may say they "FORGIVE" the bastard who killed their loved one...but deep down...WHO DOES?!
Blaming your actions on your past childhood abuse is a bunch of ....how do I say this nicely....SHIT! Yada yada yada, some scientists believe that triggers behavior problems....IF SCIENCE CAN FIGURE THAT OUT, THEN SCIENCE CAN FIGURE OUT A WAY TO UN-TRIGGER IT THEN!
There are plenty of people (and when I say plenty I mean like more than half of the American population) with messed up childhoods (yeah, we lived in a messed up society) But you don't see chaos on the streets and everyone out killing each other. He is a monster inside and out, and he has NO ONE to blame that on, so he decides to blame it on his parents (not saying they were right either teaching him to rob people at a young age, and abuse him) but COME ON! You expect me to believe you killed those two people because ...your mama didn't love you enough???! That is like saying Osama Bin Laden caused the attack in the USA because he wasn't blessed with good looks.
If you let the public decide what will happen to this nut job what do you think will happen??

...I couldn't find a picture or any info on the other victim. I assume the police are withholding that information.
